I have spent 15 years working in the Vietnam–Japan business environment: delivering projects, coordinating many parties at once, and building and improving how operations run. Put simply, my job is to make things work, and then make them work better.

I always start from the problem, not the tool: where the real issue is and what is constraining it. Only then do I make a plan and move step by step until there is something people can use and verify.

Daily in Joy is my habit: learn a little and enjoy a little, every day. DiJ is the professional side that grew out of it. AI and automation are powerful partners for me, but the foundation is still management thinking and understanding the problem correctly.

Vision

Making complicated work simpler.

I don't want what I learn from each project to stay in my head. I want it to become something other people can learn from, use, and keep improving. Each DiJ branch starts from a specific group of problems, and launches only when it is ready.

This is DiJi, my companion on this road. It's a long one, and I like to walk it with steady steps.

Core values

Six things I remind myself of whenever I start something.

  1. Start from real problems

Before thinking about a solution, I first establish the current state of the real problem that is happening.

  2. Back it up

I rely on verifiable data, so every decision has a trustworthy basis and most of the risk is reduced.

  3. Commitment and responsibility

What I build, I put my name on, look after, or hand over properly.

  4. AI as a partner

AI gives me a lot of extra strength, but it stands on my experience and judgment. For anything important, I still review it myself and take responsibility.

  5. Simple enough to use right away

I choose something simple, understandable and working over something impressive that nobody has verified.

  6. Improve and carry forward

Every meaningful piece of work should leave a lesson, a template, or a way of doing things for next time.
